How to turn on the MFA Payer authenticator.

NOTE

Before following these steps it is advisable to download either the Microsoft Authenticator app or Google Authenticator app to your device using the Andriod or iOS store. Other Authenticator apps may be compatible if you already have one.

Desktop
  1. After you have logged into your ParentPay account click the Profile Settings [1] option at the top of the main page and select the Two-factor authentication [2] option in the menu.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the My Account page and click the Turn On Two-Factor Authentication [3] button.

  3. If you do not already have an authenticator app installed, download the Microsoft Authenticator app or Google Authenticator app to your phone and use the Andriod / iOS [4] links to take you to the app library.

  4. When you have successfully installed an Authenticator app to your device use it to scan the on-screen QR code [5] to provide you with the unique authenticator code. In the event, the QR code won't scan use the Key [6].
  5. Enter the verification code into the Verification code field [7] and click the Turn On button.
Mobile
  1. After you have logged into your ParentPay account, press the Profile Settings [1] option at the top of the main page.

  2. Press the top left menu [2] and select the Two-factor authentication [3] option in the menu.
  3. At the bottom of the My Account page select the Turn On Two-Factor Authentication [4] button.
