How to use the Authenticator on your desktop or mobile device.

Desktop
  1. When logging into ParentPay you will be taken to the following screen where you'll be required to Enter the code from your authenticator app [1].

  2. Click the Verify Code [2] button to complete the MFA verification.  
  3. In the event you get the following error message 'That code doesn't match. Check code and try again.' return to your Authenticator App, when the code has been refreshed enter the new code into the Enter the code from your authenticator app field and click the Verify Code button.  
Mobile
