When attempting to reset your account's password, you may sometimes encounter an issue. This is often caused by your device holding onto (caching) an error. In most cases, this can be solved by resetting your device's browser cache and cookies. You can reset it by doing the following:

This allows us to securely identify you and your school right away. If you can’t log in, you can still log an issue with us though it will take longer to process.
