My school is unable to process the amount of £702 that you took from my account:
I'm having this issue:
On Monday 17th, I ordered my daughters lunch for Tuesday 18th for £2.90. But because of the debit SchoolComms accidentally created on most parents accounts which we notified parents of and said they were sorting the issue, I paid for the debt of £702.85 and the school lunch for £2.90. The balances left your account on the 19th (£702.85) and the 20th (£2.90), but both payments were actioned via SchoolComms on the 17th. I understand you are saying you didn't manually put in the amount, but as the debit was incorrectly there, when you paid for the lunch it meant you accepted to pay for the debt as this was sitting in the catering section on my daughters account.
I need support from you URGENTLY as my school is not issuing a refund and they're working with you and getting nowhere!!
