How to delete your account
Please contact our support team by emailing parent-support@parentpay.com and request your account be deleted.
NOTE
Below are some important pointers:
- You must email us from the email address used in your ParentPay account.
- You will no longer be able to make payments online using this account.
- Schools will be unable to provide electronic refunds to this account.
- You will not be able to withdraw any funds from this account.
- You will no longer be able to make online payments through ParentPay for any child associated with your account.
- You will not be able to view any reports, any information you wish to keep a record of must be downloaded.
- This action can not be reversed.
