Please contact our support team by emailing parent-support@parentpay.com and request your account be deleted.

NOTE

Below are some important pointers:

You must email us from the email address used in your ParentPay account.
You will no longer be able to make payments online using this account.
Schools will be unable to provide electronic refunds to this account.
You will not be able to withdraw any funds from this account.
You will no longer be able to make online payments through ParentPay for any child associated with your account.
You will not be able to view any reports, any information you wish to keep a record of must be downloaded.
This action can not be reversed.
