If you wish to make a withdrawal and your payment card has been cancelled or replaced, but the bank account associated with it remains open, you can continue to make the withdrawal. The funds will return to the associated bank account within five working days.
If both your payment card and the bank account associated with it has been closed, please do not proceed with the withdrawal. Let us know and we can assist you in making the withdrawal.
