The old school is still showing on School Gateway

When a pupil moves schools to ensure the pupils shows against the new school on School Gateway:

• The parents email address and mobile number combination must be the same across all connected schools.
• If the pupil has left a school this would mean that both the new school and the previous school would appear on the same School Gateway account. The previous school would then be removed from the School Gateway account when the school delete the pupil as a leaver.
• If only one sibling is showing on School Gateway this would suggest the contact details don't match and would need updating in the schools MIS.
