My child is moving schools. Can I still use my existing account?

Moving Schools

You can retain your existing account when your child moves to another school that uses ParentPay. You will need the login details and activation codes provided by the new school in order to transfer your account. If you do not have these please contact the school.

Once you have completed the above, you need to log in to your ParentPay account and select the 'Add child' option. This may be different depending on the device you are using:

On a small mobile device

In the top left of your screen select the menu icon:

Under the list of children or staff already attached to your account, select the Add Child option:

On a large mobile device or a computer

In the top left of your screen, next to any existing pupil or staff accounts you have already attached, select the following button:

You will then be prompted to enter the activation codes and will be able to complete the setup for the new pupil account at the new school.

Please note if applicable: If there is any outstanding credit at a previous school, you will need to contact the old school directly to request a refund back to your Parent Account, it is not possible within the system to move money from one school to another.

Additionally, if you need to remove the old school from your ParentPay account. Please contact the old school who will need to remove the child from their upload file which will then cause them to become archived.

Not found what you need?

For faster support, it is always best to contact your school first. They’ll be able to help with most issues. If you need to report an issue to us, we require that you log in to your account first. This allows us to securely identify you and your school right away. If you can’t log in, you can still log an issue with us though it will take longer to process.
