How to replace your stored card details

By storing your credit or debit card details you will be able to make payments more easily, saving you time. When the card expires you will need to replace it on the system with the new one to continue to use the feature.

How to update your stored card details.

You can use credit or debit cards to make payments through ParentPay.

You will need to make the updates as below -

  1. Login to your ParentPay account.
  2. Select Parent Account > Stored cards.
    Delete the card you no longer wish to store.
  3. During your next payment, instead of using a stored card you will need to enter your new card details. Once entered you will be able to store the card for future payments by selecting the tick box (see article How to pay with credit or debit card).
