Changed schools recently?

Has your child recently moved schools? This could be a simple change like moving house or have they recently moved up from primary to secondary?

If yes, then this guide is for you!

You should have received your new activation details from your new school, if not, speak directly to the new school office staff.

Already got your new letter?

Simply log in to your existing ParentPay account, the one you used before, select the drop-down menu [1] and then Add a child [2].

Enter the Username [3] and Password [4] from the new letter, then Continue [5].

Finally, check the name [6] and complete the Date of birth fields [7] to pass security, then select Confirm [8]

Success! It's that simple.  Repeat as necessary if you have any other children that have moved schools.

Why not check out the video showing how to do this below.

Why can I still see my child(ren) from their old school?

This can happen from time to time and it's simply that the old school haven't archived them yet.  They may be doing some final admin, maybe doing some refunds.  If you have outstanding balances you may need to clear those off first too.  In any case the best action is to speak to the old school.

Not found what you need?

For faster support, it is always best to contact your school first. They’ll be able to help with most issues. If you need to report an issue to us, we require that you log in to your account first. This allows us to securely identify you and your school right away. If you can’t log in, you can still log an issue with us though it will take longer to process.
